Well-known domestic chemical and medical expert, Senior Engineer, Registered Process Engineer, assessment expert of National Science and Technology Award, Director and Chief Scientist of Tianjushi Group, Chairman of Hebei Morlans Environmental Technology Inc. and Chairman of Tianjushi Science and Technology Committee. 

She graduated in Chemical Engineering from HEBEI UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY in 1982. In 2003, she graduated in Chemical Engineering from Tianjin University with Master Degree in Engineering. She was rated as Advanced Worker of Medicine Science and Technology Management, Shijiazhuang Outstanding Scientific and Technical Worker, Young and Mid-aged Scientist, Technologist and Management Expert with Outstanding Contribution of Hebei.

 

Wu Yafeng

National famous excellent expert at medicine and chemistry, national engineering survey and design master, Researcher-level Senior Engineer, Registered Chemical Engineer and Director and President of Tianjushi Group, and Vice President of Tianjushi Science and Technology Committee. 

Graduated in Organic Chemical from EAST CHINA UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY in 1990, Wu Yafeng is an individual member of China Exploration & Design Association, Hebei Tender Library Expert and editor of Chemical and Medical Industry. Wu Yafeng once served as project leader of The Fourth Research and Design Engineering Corporation of CNNC, Deputy Director and Chief Engineer of Pharmaceutical Chemical Department and Vice Chief Engineer of The Fourth Research and Design Engineering Corporation of CNNC.

Being absorbed in fermentation of bulk drugs and advanced preparation engineering design industries, he has industry-leading design idea, and owns unique view and rich experience of some aspects, such as technological process, plan layout and equipment selection. Focusing on advanced preparation engineering design that conforms to FDA (the U.S.) and European cGMP, he took over planning and design engineering of multiple large pharmaceutical engineering at home, for instance, HISUN, Shandong Lukang, CSPC, HARBIN PHARMACEUTICAL GROUP HOLDING CO., LTD., Joincare Pharmaceutical Industry and Koren Pharmaceutical.

Wu Yafeng once won one First Prize, two Second Prizes and many Third Prizes of National Excellent Design, many First, Second and Third Prizes of Provincial Medical Industry Excellent Survey and Design, Influential Figure of Hebei Survey and Design Industry and Excellent Survey and Design Worker.

 

Ding Zhijie

Well-known domestic pharmaceutical and chemical design experts, registered chemical engineers, professor-level senior engineers, ISPE members, members of the expert committee of China Pharmaceutical Industry Equipment Association, and visiting researchers of GMP master's graduate class of East China University of Science and Technology. Vice President and Chief Designer of Tianjushi Group, in charge of Tianjushi Group's Shanghai Design and Research Institute.

She graduated from East China University of Science and Technology in 1986 with a major in biochemical engineering. In 1996, she became a graduate student of Zhu Zhongfen, then the country's only medical design master.

 

Jimmy Yun

Academician of Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering, professor of The University of New South Wales, Ph.D. in chemical engineering of New South Wales University, expert of the twelfth batch of national“thousand talents program”and Hebei“100 Talents Program”, Special allowance expert of Hebei provincial government, Introduction of high level technological innovation and entrepreneurship talents in Shijiazhuang,Chief Scientist of Hebei Morlans Environmental Technology Inc and Vice-President of Tianjushi Science and Technology Committee.

He graduated from the University of New South Wales in 1992 with Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering of Supercritical Fluid Process. As a leader of Science and Technology, he acted as Vice-President and a report guest in 2005 Beijing“Process Intensification”, 2006“Asia Nano Forum”, 2006“World Nano- Economic Congress”and 2011 “ICMAT” Meeting.

He was highly endorsed by famous enterprises from many countries in terms of technology engineering application, such as Germany, the U.S., Singapore, Australia and China. Main research directions are: preparation and application of nano material and green manufacturing technology. He undertook Research Program of Singapore Economic Development Board, Australian Research Council Project, National 863 Program of China, National High Technology Research and Development Program of China, etc.He was awarded Special Contribution Award of Academician and Yanzhao Friendship Award by Hebei People’s Government.

He obtained 36 international invention patents and published more than 60 SIC papers.

 

Chen Ping

National famous environmental protection technology expert, Senior Engineer, committee member of academic committee of control engineering technology center of national pharmaceutical waste water pollution, Director and Vice President of Tianjushi Group,Vice Chairman of Hebei Morlans Environmental Technology Inc., and Vice-President of Tianjushi Science and Technology Committee.

Graduated in Environmental Engineering Major from Xi’an University of Architecture Technology in 1996, Master degree , and ever held the posts of Director of North China pharmaceutical Group Corporation and Minister of Environmental Protection Department of North China pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

He is engaged in environmental protection for a long time, and owns rich experience in clean production, three wastes treatment and resource utilization and construction of circular economy mode of pharmaceutical industry in pharmaceutical processes.He was chosen as the second level talent of "333 talents project" in Hebei province.

Over the years, he made major breakthrough and innovation in many provincial and ministry researches for environmental protection scientific research subjects with in-depth combination of production practice in pharmaceutical industry. With promotion and application, his research results effectively eliminate environmental risks brought by nonstandard treatment of wastes in pharmaceutical industry, solve bottleneck of hampering growth of many companies, have an important effect on sustainably healthy development of pharmaceutical industry and guarantee of environmental safety and people health, and obtain obvious environmental and social benefits.

 

Liu Zhenyu

Liu Zhenyu is a well-known domestic contamination technologist during control fermentation, senior technician, Chief Engineer of EPC Process Technology Center of Tianjushi Group. 

In June 1958, he was employed by North China pharmaceutical Group Corporation to focus on the manufacturing and fermentation of penicillin.

He has made pioneering achievements in overall reasonable design of fermentation plant system, improving the fermentation process and design of large-scale fermentation tank, innovation of air sterilization equipments, reducing contamination rate and the application of membrane technology in fermentation production.

Main scientific and technical achievements include:“new fermentation process of NCPC strain”which was awarded as the Second Prize of National Science and Technology Progress and “reduction of contamination rate” which was awarded Hebei Excellent QC Achievement. 

Main works include Fermentation Control Contamination, 200 Questions about Control Contamination, Design and Purification Management of Air Sterilization Equipment, the Application of Membrane Technology in Fermentation Production and Fermentation Engineering Technology and Practice and etc. 

He successively came to 31 antibiotics fermentation enterprises all over China for project construction certification, design transformation, running guide, process training and technical lecture during more than 20 years from 1989 to 2010.

 

Yao Zhenyong

National Famous Waste Gas Treatment Expert, Senior Engineer, Registered Chemical Engineer and Chief Technology Officer of Hebei Morlans Environmental Technology Inc.

He graduated  in Chemical Engineering from EAST CHINA UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY in 1995， Bachelor Degree. In 2001, he was awarded Master of Pharmaceutical Analysis of Hebei Medical University. He once served as Director of Process Laboratory of Hebei Pharmaceutical & Chemical Design Co., Production Manager of NCPC Orchid Pharma Co., Ltd. and Deputy Director of Industrial Development Department of Shenzhen Accord Medicines Corporation., Ltd. 

He once won the Third Prize of Hebei Science and Technology Progress, the Second Prize of Shijiazhuang Science and Technology Achievement and a national invention patent.

Xue Long

Process Design Expert, Senior Engineer, Certified Safety Engineer , Chief Engineer of Tianjushi Group and   Director of EPC Process Technology Center, Vice president of Tianjushi Science and Technology Committee.

He graduated in Chemical Machinery from the Department of Chemical Engineering of HEBEI UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY in 2002. Tianjin University EMBA master candidate. He once served as Lead Process Engineer of Pharmaceutical Chemical Department, The Fourth Research and Design Engineering Corporation of CNNC.

Working in pharmaceutical and chemical industries for pharmaceuticals for many years, projects he has participated in include bulk pharmaceutical chemicals of Pharmaceutical Chemicals, sterile bulk drug, chemical projects and stress analysis of pressure piping. He can independently design complicated projects, solve more complex technical questions of the professional and has rich experience in design and construction.

Wastewater treatment expert, engineer, deputy general manager and project manager of Hebei Morlans Environmental Science and Technology Co. , Ltd.

He graduated from Hebei Institute of Light and Chemical Industry with a major in environmental engineering. He has won the fourth prize for scientific and technological progress of North China Pharmaceutical Group, the third prize for scientific and technological progress, the third prize for achievements in management modernization and the second prize for enterprise management modernization and innovation in Hebei Province. He once cooperated with Nanjing University to preside over the research and development of the national 863 project: the sub-project of ultra-low emission technology of industrial sugar-containing wastewater, Development Project of Key Technologies for Treatment of 1. 5 Million Tons of Vitamin C Wastewater with Ultra-low Emission annually.

 

Xu Chenqing

Water supply and drainage and sewage treatment experts, senior engineers, registered water supply and drainage engineer, registered environmental engineer, registered environmental impact assessment engineer, deputy general manager and project manager of Hebei Morlans Environmental Science and Technology Co., Ltd.

He graduated from Wuhan University of Technology with a bachelor's degree in water supply and drainage engineering in 2003. He used to be the chief engineer of the water supply and drainage major office of the pharmaceutical and chemical institute of The Fourth Research and Design Engineering Corporation of CNNC. He has won the second prize and two third prizes for excellent engineering design at the provincial and ministerial levels successively, and presided over the research and development of the project Auxiliary Software for Sewage Treatment Scheme Design.

 

Ma Zhongqing

Waste Water Treatment Expert, Medical Process Expert, Senior Engineer , Chief Engineer of EPC Process Technology Center of Tianjushi Group, and Vice General Manager of Hebei Morlans Environmental Technology Inc. 

Ma Zhongqing graduated in Fine Chemical Engineering from HEBEI UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY in 1997， bachelor degree. Ma Zhongqing concentrates on the design of refining process optimization, separation and purification of fermented products, solvent recovery process and optimum equipment matching schemes.

He ever acted as Technology Supervisor in NCPC Beida Co., Ltd., North Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., etc.

He held and participated in biological environmental protection project of Xinjiang Chuanning. In VOCs waste gas treatment in pharmaceutical industry, sludge dehydration treatment technology and the like, he conducted deep studies with rich engineering experience.

Ma Zhongqing once won the First prize of Hebei Science and Technology Progress Award and New Process of 6-APA Production won Science and Technology Achievement Award of Hebei Technology Department. 

Ma Zhongqing published the articles such as An Improved Method for the Synthesis of Roxithromycin and Closed Cycle Transformation of Water Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump who has profound knowledge in professional fields such as the combination of antibiotic production process and equipment, membrane separation technology and so on, with rich construction experience of large-scale antibiotic project.

 

Liu Zhefeng

GMP Expert, Senior Engineer and Chief Engineer of EPC Process Technology Center of Tianjushi Group.  

He graduated in Polymer Chemical Industry from Nanjing University of Chemical Technology in 1999 (now named as Nanjing TECH University) ，Bachelor Degree. 

He focuses on technology, production management and GMP in sterile bulk drug. Especially, he is specialized in process design of cephalosporin variety, design and technological procedure of clean workshop and facility, SOP, preparation and implementation of relevant verification documents. He once served as technologist of refined workshop of NCPC BETA CO., LTD and Deputy Director of sterile bulk drug workshop of NCPC Hebei Huamin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

He once won the Third Prize of Hebei Science and Technology Progress, the First Prize of Shijiazhuang Science and Technology Progress, Grand Prize of Science and Technology Progress of NCPC, the Fourth Prize of Science and Technology Progress of NCPC and the Third Prize of Modern Creative Achievement of NCPC in 2001 and 2003. He participated in the installation of refined workshop of NCPC BETA CO., LTD, successful production and follow-up transformation and the design, construction and successful production of sterile bulk drug workshop of new cephalosporin project of North China pharmaceutical Group Corporation.

Wang Hongzhi

Expert in fermentation, senior engineer and Chief Engineer of EPC Process Technology Center of Tianjushi Group.

Wang Hongzhi graduated in Fine Chemical Engineering from Kunming Institute of Technology in 1992，Bachelor Degree，who once served as Technical Leader in Zhangjiakou Pharmaceutical and Zhangjiakou Gist-Brocades Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. As the process leader, Wang Hongzhi participated in the implementation of many large-scale medical projects, once holding the post of the principal in design, construction and production management of clavulanic acid project and principal in process design for relocation in Sinopharm Weiqida Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. 

Wang Hongzhi concentrates on extraction process optimization in fermentation, systematic design of industrial seeding tanks and fermentation tanks, system optimization design for supplementary materials, systematic design of material continuous sterilization, design of sterile system in fermentation process, separation purification process design for fermented products and optimum equipment matching schemes.

 

Sun Xiaolin

Water Treatment Technology Expert and Chief Engineer in Hebei Morlans Environmental Technology Inc.

He graduated in environmental engineering major from HEBEI UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY in 2004,  bachelor degree，and had served successively as Technical Manager and General Engineer in many environmental protection companies.

He was worked in engineering design, construction, debugging and the like for a long time. As design principal and professional principal, he participated in almost 80 sewage treatment projects, for instance, sewage treatment projects of Hebei Fanke Chemical Co., Ltd., 60 m3/h Hebei Lingang Chemical Co., Ltd., Guangdong Senquan Bone Glue Co., Ltd., ANTON& Sinone, Hebei Jiutian Medicine and Chemicals Co., Ltd., and ten thousand tons of antibiotic intermediates construction project (Phase II engineering) of Ili Chuanning Biotechnology Co., Ltd., wastewater advanced treatment project of Hebei Jianmin Starch Glucose Co., Ltd., Phase IV project  of sewage treatment stations in Phase II expansion project of zeolite series environmental protection materials of Valiant Co., Ltd. and sewage treatment project of Beijing Winsunny Harmony Science & Technology Co., Ltd.

Deng Kaishun

Waste gas treatment technology expert , Senior Engineer in Pharmaceutical Profession and vice manager of Waste Gas Treatment Technology Department of the Technology Department of Hebei Morlans Environmental Technology Inc.

He graduated in Chemical Process from HEBEI UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY in 1996，bachelor degree. Later, he obtained master’s degree of medicinal chemistry in 2009.

He is engaged in pharmaceutical technology and pharma environmental protection for a long time, and ever held the posts of director of 105 workshop of CSPC Hebei Zhongrun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. He was a main research personnel of the National “Eleventh-Five Year” Research Program of China subject of Research on Key Technology of Energy saving and Clean Production in Large Scale of Antibiotics, and took over Amoxicillin Process Technology Promotion and Industrialization project with 2012 energy saving and technical transformation award of Hohhot,  and VOC waste gas treatment project in workshops of Hebei Yipin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

His papers and books are Study on Preparation of Cefaclor by Enzymatic Method, Discussion on Improving Non-Sterile Ceftriaxone Sodium Solution Clarity and Synthesis of Novel Antibacterial Oxazolidinone Compounds, and so on.

 

Gu Shan

Equipment dynamic expert, national primary registered constructor, senior engineer, and Vice General Manager of Hebei Morlans Environmental Technology Inc.

He graduated in Chemical Machinery and Equipment from HEBEI UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY in 1992. He is a bidding evaluation expert of Hebei Province, a member of Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of Shijiazhuang, who ever took posts of Director of Machine Shop, Director of Power Workshop, and Division Chief of Construction Department of Equipment of Shijiazhuang Bailong Chemical Co., Ltd.

He took part in organization and implementation of many large-scale medicine and chemical engineering projects. The“Upgrading Project of Integral Moving of HEBEI VEYONG BIO-CHEMICAL Co., Ltd” organized and completed by him had a honor of obtaining“Shijiazhuang City Xingshi Cup Engineering Award”as a Chief Engineer of Construction Parties of Project.

He ever had the honor of Organization Award of Science and Technology Progress of Shijiazhuang.

 

Tian Linsheng

Fermentation contamination technology expert, engineer, Vice president of Hebei Morlans Environmental Technology Inc.

He graduated from Guangxi University in 2010. He once served as project manager in Hebei Bairui Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and president of Hebei Yuze Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.

He comprehensively presided over the design, construction and debugging in the new sterilization system project of Qilu Biology (Inner Mongolia) Co., Ltd., and thus guaranteed the progress of the project and did the systematic optimization configuration. During the process of that project, he led the team to use materials containing high-concentration starch in the automatic sterilization system, and realized continuous and stable operation. He also presided over the sterilization project of Shandong Qifa Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and etc.

He has one national invention patent and one patent for utility models. His papers include Isolating Fungi That Degrade Lignin from Bagasse Mud, Analysis on the Development of Electromechanical System Implementation Control Technology, etc.

 

Chen Xiaofei

Expert in environmental protection process of pharmaceutical chemical industry and fine chemical industry, environmental engineer, director of Chen Ping Laboratory of Environmental Protection Department.

In 2012, she graduated from Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University with a master's degree in environmental engineering. She once served as the director of the environmental protection department of the research and development center of Hebei Chengxin Group Co., Ltd.

She has presided over the development of treatment processes for wastewater containing free cyanogen and organic cyanogen, pyrazole wastewater, pyridine wastewater, electrochemical oxidation technology for treatment of highly concentrated and refractory organic wastewater, and research on the degradation law of total nitrogen in A/O process. As the project leader, she has presided over the commissioning of two-stage A/O process, ABR+SBR process, UASB+A/O process, the development of resin phenylacetic acid wastewater treatment process, and the research on recycling of cyanuric chloride tail alkali absorption process.

Dong Wenliang

Pharmaceutical and chemical engineering design expert, senior engineers, national pharmaceutical equipment technical evaluation expert, Shanghai engineering equipment supervision bidding bidding expert, external expert of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.General manager of Tianjushi Group's Shanghai Design and Research Institute and member of Tianjushi Science and Technology Committee.

In 1986, he graduated from the Department of Fine Chemical Engineering of East China University of Science and Technology with a bachelor's degree in chemical pharmacy. 

With more than 30 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including engineering consulting, engineering design, engineering design project management, technical management and operation management. The projects he once dominated include cosmetics, solid preparation, oral liquid, soft capsule, water needle, infusion, freeze-drying agent, powder injection, extraction of traditional Chinese medicine, external medicine, chemical synthetic medicine, raw material refined baking bag and other types. He is familiar with the new version of GMP in China, GMP in EU and FDA's design requirements for pharmaceutical companies, and has a comprehensive understanding of the overall planning of pharmaceutical projects, purification air conditioning system, water, electricity, fire alarm and fire protection system, civil engineering, environmental protection and heat supply, project budget and technical and economic analysis, etc. He understands the relevant professional design specifications and standards and requirements, has regular communication and technical exchanges with many domestic pharmaceutical design institutes, and gets a deeper understanding of the current domestic and foreign pharmaceutical equipment level and actual use.

Yang Runyu

Pharmaceutical and chemical engineering design expert, pharmaceutical process engineer, project manager, deputy general manager of Tianjushi Group's Shanghai Design and Research Institute.

He graduated from Shanghai University of Engineering and Technology in 2008, majoring in pharmaceutical engineering. He worked for Foster Wheeler Engineering Design Co., Ltd.

In 2006, he graduated from Tongji University majoring in construction engineering and information technology. He worked for Foster Wheeler Engineering Design Co., Ltd.

Qiu Jifu

Medical and chemical engineering design expert, registered utility engineer (HVAC), senior engineer. Tianjushi Group's chief engineer of Shanghai Design and Research Institute, head of HVAC major, and member of Tianjushi Science and Technology Committee.

He graduated from Tongji University with a master's degree in HVAC in 2005. He has good knowledge of air cleaning technology and GMP certification, clear mind, careful thinking and rich design experience. He has long been engaged in the design and technical support of clean plant system engineering in medical purification industry and pharmaceutical industry. The projects involved include clean operating rooms, blood wards, ICU, central supply rooms, reproductive centers and other medical purification projects, as well as clean room projects in the pharmaceutical industry such as freeze-dried powder injection workshop, water injection workshop, large infusion workshop, solid preparation workshop, cosmetics workshop, vaccine workshop, bulk drug project, QC laboratory, pilot plant and other clean room projects, including many foreign design projects.

Pan Houchang graduated  in Biochemical Engineering from EAST CHINA UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY in 1991， Bachelor Degree, who once served as chief engineer of Process Laboratory of Pharmaceutical Chemical Department of The Fourth Research and Design Engineering Corporation of CNNC. Pan Houchang once successively won the Second Prize of National Excellent Engineering Design, three First Prizes, three Second Prizes and two Third Prizes of Provincial Excellent Engineering Design and the Second Prize of Provincial Excellent Engineering Consulting. He graduated in Industrial Fermentation from Hebei College of Light Industry and Chemical Technology in 1994. He once held the post of project leader in Pharmaceutical Chemical Department of The Fourth Research and Design Engineering Corporation of CNNC. 

He has engaged in pharmaceuticals and chemical industry for ages. With rich experience on design and construction, he has the ability to design large scale project independently and resolve complex technology problems in his field.  

He concentrates on APIs fermentation and high-end preparation engineering. As the main designer and the project leader, he joined and hosted famous tens of large-scale pharmaceutical engineering. He won The Second Prize of National Excellent Project Design, The Second Prize of Excellent Project Design for Ministerial Levels and The Second Prize of Excellent Project Consultation for Ministerial Levels.

 

Peng Ting

With a rich experience in practical application, he was adept at liquid glucose automation control, crystallization control, control of solvent recovery tower, control of chemical synthesis and sterile and clean air conditioning control. He also had rich experience in cleaning workshop construction and automatic control system of bulk drug of chemical synthesis.

He is adept in applying control systems of DCS and PLC of various famous brands (SIEMENS, Rockwell and Honeywell, etc.). He can also masterfully use programming and configuration software (TIA Portal V13, STEP 7, Rslogix 5001, RSview32, RSViewME, HC Designer, IFIX, WINCC, intouch, etc.).

Li Chunlong

Electrical expert, engineer, vice manager of engineering department of Hebei Morans Environmental Technology Inc.

He graduated from Hebei University of Science & Technology with major in electrical engineering and automation. He has rich experience in project management of pharmaceutical & chemical industry and environmental protection industry. As electrical or project leader, he has been responsible for the electrical installation work of the Hebei Xing Mine & Silicon Co., Ltd  project, the electrical & instrument automatic control project of the solvent recovery and solvent tank project of the Suzhou Zhijun Wanqing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, and the construction management of the electric system installation project of the NCPC Hebei Huamin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd 7-ACA reconstruction and expansion project. Yiling Pharmaceutical engineering building workshop, new preparation project, EU Workshop 2, Yiling Building electrical installation project, Shijiazhuang Northeast Surface Water Plant electrical & instrument automatic control installation and commissioning project, and electrical & instrument equipment installation and renovation of Shijiazhuang Qiaoxi Sewage Plant Zhonghua Street South extension project. Wang Lifeng

Project management expert, Senior Engineer, Metallurgical division general manager of Tianjushi Group, General manager of the 3rd Engineering Company.

He graduated  in Mechatronics Major from Hebei University of Architecture in 1996，bachelor degree. Has devoted to medical metallurgy automation instrument work for more than 10 years and has a deep understanding of the various processes in pharmaceutical and chemical industry. Be adept at the utilization of optimal type selection of measuring instruments under difference industrial environment as well as the design of control scheme and the optimization design of systemic control scheme.

As a project leader of construction side, he has organized more than ten projects including 6-APA/7-ACA Project of UNITED LABORATORIES (Chengdu) Co., Ltd., and Phase II“the Eleventh-Five-Year Plan” Technical Improvement Program of Zhangjiakou Cigarette Factory Co., Ltd. EPC project of 1.2 million tons/year chain grate machine rotary kiln pellets, EPC project of 14 m2 shaft furnace 800000 tons/year chain grate machine rotary kiln pellets, EPC project of rail-yard flat renovation and access to the gallery of 4# blast furnace, and EPC project of 10000 tons/day sewage reuse and rain sewage diversion in Shanxi Gaoyi.Among these projects, Upgraded Technical Improvement Project (handling capacity of 160,000 tons/day) of Shijiazhuang Qiaoxi District Sewage Treatment Plant won the provincial quality engineering award.

 

Tian Wei

Project management expert, Senior Engineer and  Deputy General Manager of the 3rd Engineering Co., Ltd. of Tianjushi Group.

Being graduated in computer application major from College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Hebei  in 1989，bachelor degree. Being graduated from Renmin University of China as Executive Master of Business Administration in 2013. He was engaged in petroleum and chemical engineering, medicine, water treatment and other construction technology and management work for more than 20 years. He also had rich experience in project construction, project management, EPC project general contract and had rich actual operation experience in construction project bidding, project organization, project pre-settlement and other complete sets of projects management.

He presided over the editing of Tianjushi Group- Material Housekeeper- Goods and Materials (Materials) Computerized Management System, which won the Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificate granted by National Copyright Administration.

 

Zhang Lianwei

Metallurgical process expert, Excellent Project Manager in Hebei Construction Industry, Senior Engineer, Vice General Manager of the 3rd Engineering Co., Ltd. of Tianjushi Group.

Being graduated in Manufacturing Processes and Equipment Major from Jilin University of Technology in 1995，bachelor degree. Being graduated from University of Science and Technology Beijing as Executive Master of Business Administration in 2017. As the principal of construction company, he organized a series of projects, such as“the eleventh-five-year plan”Technical Improvement Program of Zhangjiakou Cigarette Factory Co., Ltd., New Cephalosporin Engineering of North China pharmaceutical Group Corporation, SCPC ST Engineering, Hebei Veyong Bio-Chemical Engineering and the Paracetamol Project of JIHENG Pharmacy. Thus he has gained a rich experience in managing large project.

 

Geng Zhi

Electrical commissioning expert, Senior Technician and Director of Hebei Morlans Environmental Technology Inc..

Graduated from electric major of Hebei Yejian Technician School in 1989, he ever acted as Director Engineer of electric laboratory in No.5 Engineering Company of Hebei metallurgical construction group, and took charge of organizing factory electricity supply of projects in SHINEWAY, YILING PHARMACEUTICAL, NCPC and CSPC and electrical engineering tests of alternating and direct current drive.

He ever held the posts of Electrical Supervisor of Phase I project of A’labindu Pharmaceutical, Electric Regulation Director of project of WEIQIDA Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., manager of Phase II project of UNITED LABORATORIES (Chengdu) Co., Ltd., and the manager of Phases II, III and IV of UNITED LABORATORIES (Inner Mongolia). Zong Hongxing

He graduated in Mechatronics from Hebei Chemical & Pharmaceutical College in 2007. He has engaged in electrical debugging and installation for ages. 

He was engaged in electrical debugging from 2007 to 2014. The projects he participated include: Inner Mongolia United Laboratories Engineering (Phase I), Annual Output of 30,000 Tons Lactic Acid for Ningxia Hypow, Henan Xinxiang Lvyuan Pharmaceutical Project, Hengshui Jiheng Chemical Fertilizer Plant Project, Tianjin GreenBio Project, Shanxi Weiqida Pharmaceutical Project, New Preparation Project of North China Pharmaceutical,  7ACA Project (Phase III) of North China Pharmaceutical, the Project of Ten Thousand Tons of Antibiotic Intermediate of Xinjiang Yili Chuangning Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Phase I and II).

The laboratory QC group won “The Second Prize of Excellent Quality Management Group of National Engineering Construction in 2013” by the virtue of Reducing the Failure Numbers of ZGF-Type Direct-Current High Voltage Generator in 2013. 

During 2015-2016, he had engaged in electrical installation and mainly participated in the Project of Ten Thousand Tons of Antibiotic Intermediate of Xinjiang Yili Chuangning Biotechnology Co., Ltd (Phase II and Technical Modification Project).

From 2017 to now, he has engaged in maintenance work, mainly including Thio-Red production line (Air pressure Workshop, Fermentation Workshop and Extraction Workshop) and Phases I and II environmental protection in Chuangning Biotechnology.

 

Cheng Ying

Electrical expert, National Registered First-Class Construction Engineer, Senior Engineer, Minister of the Business Department of Tianjushi Group.

He graduated in Electrical Engineering and Automation from Hebei University of Architecture，bachelor degree. In January, 2018, He graduated in EMBA from University of Science and Technology Beijing, master degree.

Devotion to medical and metallurgy electrical work for more than 10 years. As a principal of construction side, he has organized many projects including 200 Tons/Year Cephalosporin Intermediate Composition of Hunan Nonferrous Kay Platinum Biological Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Ten Thousand Tons PHA Project of Tianjin GreenBio Materials Co., Ltd. and 100,000 Tons/Year Fructose Project of Zhongliang Biochemical Energy (Hengshui) Co., Ltd. Tangshan Jiujiang wire project, Hengshui thin plate project and other engineering projects. He won one provincial excellent engineering award, and was awarded the honorary title of Excellent Project Manager of Hebei Construction Industry in 2014. He presided over the preparation of Operation Instruction for Electrical Engineers. As a QC analyst, he has directed the preparation of many QC achievements and won the title of excellent manager (promoter) of Hebei Construction Quality Management Group.

In possession of plentiful experience on budgets and final accounts, and has undertaken many tendering and bidding and budgets and final accounts of many large-scale projects.

Miao Zhengxu

Material management expert, Mechanical engineer, director of materials and equipment department of Tianjushi Group. He graduated from Hebei University of Science and Technology in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in mechanical design, manufacturing and automation.

Engaged in medical engineering construction for 8 years, he gets rich experience in site management of purification projects. As a professional leader, he organized the construction of the first and second phases of Beijing Shiqiao Biology Co., Ltd., successfully passed the FDA, EU GMP and domestic GMP certification, the first phase of the new factory building project of Wuhan Biological Research Institute, the new GMP certification renovation project of Sinopharm, the domestic GMP certification, the GMP certification work of Beijing Ted Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., the new API workshop project of Lizhu Group Jiaozuo Branch, the new API workshop project of Shanghai Lizhu Jiaozuo Branch, the new API workshop project of Beijing Wansheng Pharmaceutical Cangzhou Branch, and other pharmaceutical engineering construction projects successfully passed the domestic GMP certification.

Being graduated in law major from HEBEI NORMAL UNIVERSITY in 2005，bachelor degree. He focused on quality safety management of construction site and participated in the quality safety management of multiple construction projects, such as Chuanning Project of Koren Pharmaceutical, Anhui Biopharmaceutical Project of YOUCARE PHARMACEUTICAL, Inner Mongolia Project of UNITED LABORATORIES and 30,000 tons/year L- lactic Acid Project of Ningxia Haokai Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

He was familiar with national quality safety production laws and regulations and occupation health safety management system, and expertly mastered safety production technology. In addition, he had rich field management practice experience and strong risk prevention consciousness. Finally, he meticulously executed system and was constantly perfecting his work.
