Liu Xiuzhong, Chairman 

Mr. Liu Xiuzhong is the founder of Tianjushi Group. He was born in 1968, bachelor of North China University of Technology (1992), master of Tsinghua University (2007), PhD in management jointly trained by City University of Hong Kong and Fudan University (2015). He is a senior engineer, a mentor of the "China Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship Initiative", a representative of the 12th National People's Congress of Hebei Province, a member of the Standing Committee of Hebei Youth Federation and a member of the Executive Committee of Hebei Federation of Industry and Commerce. He was awarded the Chinese Young Entrepreneur Award, Hebei May 4th Youth Medal, Hebei Top Ten Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs, Hebei Model Worker, Hebei Top 100 Private Entrepreneurs in Science and Technology, Shijiazhuang Model Worker, and Shijiazhuang Outstanding Builders of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics. He is an excellent expert in Hebei province.

Liu Song, Vice Chairman

Mr. Liu Song is an expert in the construction and management of pharmaceutical projects. He joint Tianjushi Group in 2008. He was born in 1978, bachelor of Hebei Institute of Architecture and Engineering (2001), master of Peking University (2011). He was in charge of technology and project management in Hebei installation engineering company and Hebei jiupai Group Co., Ltd. Senior engineer and registered first-class constructor. He won the title of "Hundred,Thousand and Ten Thousand Talent Project"-Entrepreneurial Management Talents in Shijiazhuang City.  He has been engaged in the project construction of the pharmaceutical industry for a long time. He has rich experience in EPC project management and has obtained many patent achievements in the pharmaceutical field. He has a deep understanding of the special requirements of the key equipment, core technology, sterility and cleanness, safe production and other special requirements of the pharmaceutical engineering. He can implement the project construction from the perspective of production technology, so that the construction project can quickly reach the production target.

Liu Jintao, Vice Chairman  

Mr. Liu Jintao is the co-founder of Tianjushi Group. He was born in 1974, bachelor of Hebei Institute of Architecture and Engineering (1996), master of Tsinghua University (2009) and  PhD in management jointly trained by City University of Hong Kong and Fudan Universality (2020), senior engineer, senior manager and senior project management division. He was awarded the title of the third-level candidate of the "Three-Three-Three Talent Project" in Hebei Province and the young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contributions in Shijiazhuang City. He has presided over the organization and implementation of a number of large-scale engineering projects, with advanced management and service concepts and rich experience in project management of general contracting projects, it can give full play to its resources and technical advantages, and lead the team to efficiently achieve the coordination and unification of project management objectives and customer interests.

Wu Yafeng, Director, President and Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Wu Yafeng is a famous design expert of pharmaceutical and chemical industry in China. He joint Tianjushi Group in 2014. He was born in June 1967, bachelor of East China University of Technology (1990), master of China Europe International Business School (2018). He used to be the project director and deputy chief engineer of China Nuclear Fourth Research and Design Engineering Co., Ltd., deputy director and chief engineer of Institute of pharmaceutical and chemical industry. He is a senior engineer, a registered chemical engineer, a well-known domestic pharmaceutical and chemical design expert, a national outstanding engineering survey and design master, an individual member of China Engineering & Consulting Association, and an editorial board member of the journal Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Industry. He won the title of influential person in Hebei survey and design industry. He won the first prize of national excellent design, the second prize, the third prize, and the first, second and third prizes of provincial and ministerial level excellent survey and design in the pharmaceutical industry. Focus on fermented raw materials and high-end preparation engineering design industry, he has presided over a number of domestic large-scale pharmaceutical engineering planning and design projects.

Chen Ping, Director, Executive Vice President

Mr. Chen Ping is a famous expert in pharmaceutical industry and environmental protection technology. He joint Tianjushi Group in 2015. He was born in 1970, master of Xi 'an University of Architecture and Technology (1996)，studying a PhD in Shanghai Jiaotong University and Singapore University. He was used to be the director of Environmental Protection Research Institute and environmental protection department of North China Pharmaceutical Group. He is a senior engineer, a well-known domestic environmental protection technology expert, a member of the Academic Committee of the National Pharmaceutical Wastewater Pollution Control Engineering Technology Center, and an outstanding young talent in Hebei Province. He was awarded the second-level candidate in Hebei Province's "333 Talents Project". He has been engaged in environmental protection work in the pharmaceutical industry for a long time, has rich practical experience in clean production in the pharmaceutical process, three wastes treatment and resource utilization, and the construction of a circular economy model in the pharmaceutical industry, and has made major breakthroughs and innovations in a number of provincial and ministerial environmental protection research projects.

Wang Jing, Director, Vice President, Chief Scientist 

Ms. Wang Jing a famous pharmaceutical and chemical technology expert in China. She joint Tianjushi Group in 2011. She was born in 1956, bachelor of Hebei University of Technology (1974), master of Tianjin University (1982). She used to be deputy general manager of Beida Co., Ltd. of North China Pharmaceutical Group and chief scientist of Hebei Huamin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. She is a professor-level senior engineer, a registered chemical engineer, a well-known domestic expert in pharmaceutical and chemical technology, and an expert in the evaluation of the National Science and Technology Award of the Ministry of Science and Technology.  She was awarded the China Enterprise Management Achievement Award for 30 Years of Reform and Opening-up and the titles of young and middle-aged science, technology and management experts with outstanding contributions in Hebei Province, leaders with special contributions in enterprise management innovation in Hebei Province, and innovative technical talents for small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises in Hebei Province. She won the first prize for scientific and technological progress of the Ministry of Education, the second prize for scientific and technological progress of Hebei Province and other scientific research awards.

Zhang Xinqiao, Director, Vice President 

Ms. Zhang Xinqiao joint Tianjushi after graduating from university. She is the founder and chairman of “Tianjushi 10+ student union”. She was born in 1979, bachelor of North China University of Technology (2003), master of Peking University (2017). She is studying a PhD in management jointly trained by City University of Hong Kong and Fudan Universality. She is a senior engineer, a senior engineer, a registered first-class constructor, a human resources manager, a registered fiscal and taxation manager, a member of the 11th Committee of Hebei Youth Federation, a vice president of Hebei International Talent Exchange Association, and a vice president of Shijiazhuang City's New Generation Entrepreneur Association. She won the honorary title of "March 8th" red flag bearer in Shijiazhuang city and the 15th "Shijiazhuang youth may 4th medal". She has keen insight and profound insights in the fields of enterprise human resources management, financial management, intellectual property management, scientific and technological development planning, etc.

Zhang Lizhi,  Director, Vice President 

Mr. Zhang Lizhi joint Tianjushi after graduating from university, member of “Tianjushi 10+ student union”. He was born in 1984, bachelor of Sichuan University of Science & Engineering, studying master of Tsinghua University. He was awarded the titles of innovation talents of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises in Hebei Province, young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions in Hebei Province, excellent project manager of construction industry in Hebei Province, etc. He once served as the general director of several pharmaceutical EPC projects. He has rich practical experience and advanced management concepts in sales, operation, project management and project optimization. He has keen insight and accurate judgment on market changes and industry development, and has unique views on technological innovation and application. He is one of the investors of full automatic control system of industrial kalium crystal.
